Our tool helps you instantly interpret your meter readings. However, remember: a single measurement is not a diagnosis. Doctors evaluate the dynamics and use laboratory methods.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
🔹 What does “fasting measurement” mean?
This is a measurement of sugar levels in the morning, after a night's sleep (fasting 8-14 hours). You can drink water, but tea, coffee or food will distort the result.
🔹 What is the difference between mmol/l and mg/dl?
In Russia and Europe they use mmol/l, in the USA - mg/dl. To convert mmol/L to mg/dL, you need to multiply the number by 18. Our calculator works with the mmol/L standard.
🔹 Can this calculator diagnose diabetes?
No. The calculator shows whether your current value is within the normal range. The diagnosis of diabetes mellitus is made only by a doctor based on a series of laboratory tests.
