95% of banks now offer annuity payments (in equal amounts). This is more convenient for the budget, but the overpayment is ultimately higher. Differentiated payments (decreasing) are mathematically more profitable, but the first payment will be very large, and banks rarely approve them.

🔹 How to return part of the money for the mortgage?
