🔹 Why is the result different by 1 day from other calculators?
We use strict astronomical and calendar calculations. Many simple scripts assume that there are always 365 days in a year and 30 in a month. We take into account leap years (366 days) and the actual length of each month, so our result is more accurate.
🔹 How is the age of a person born on February 29th calculated?
In non-leap years, the birthday is legally moved to March 1st. Our calculator calculates full years based on the number of complete cycles that have passed (365 or 366 days).
🔹 Is it safe to enter your date of birth?
Absolutely. All calculations take place in your browser (on your device). Date of birth is not transmitted to the server and is not stored anywhere.
