Stress level

📉 Why check your stress level?

Chronic fatigue and nervous tension often accumulate unnoticed. Our technique helps you digitize your condition in 2 minutes and understand: it’s just fatigue or a borderline state that requires attention.

⚠️ Important: This test is a self-diagnosis tool, not a medical diagnosis. If you are feeling severely anxious or depressed, please seek professional help.

How the assessment works (10 criteria)

The algorithm analyzes your condition comprehensively. We take into account not only mood, but also physical factors:

  • Psychosomatics:headaches, muscle tension.
  • Lifestyle: quality of sleep and the use of stimulants (coffee, alcohol).
  • Cognitive functions:ability to concentrate and remember.
