Text tone

🎭 Check how your text sounds

Words can hurt or inspire. Our algorithm will evaluate the emotional coloring of your text in a second. This is indispensable if you are writing a response to a dissatisfied client, an advertising post, or an important letter to colleagues.

🚀 How to use: Paste the text into the field and click “Analyze”. The tool will show not only the overall verdict (Positive/Negative), but also the strength of emotions as a percentage.

📊 How to understand the results?

The calculator produces 4 metrics. Here's what they mean:

  • General tone: Main conclusion. If you are writing news, strive for “Neutral”. If the post is selling, go to “Positive.”
  • Positivity / Negativity: Percentage of words with bright colors. Tip: if “Negativity” is higher than 10-15% in a business letter, rewrite it more softly.
  • Emotionality: Saturation of the text. For technical instructions this figure should be low (up to 20%), for literary texts - high.

Who is this tool useful for?

SMM and Marketers: To avoid releasing advertising with aggressive overtones.

Customer Service: To ensure that responses to customers sound polite and professional.
Copywriters: To check the technical specifications. Customers often ask for “positive style” - now this can be measured in numbers.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

❓ How much text can be checked?

Optimally - from one sentence to 5000 characters. If the text is very large, it is better to check it paragraph by paragraph to see where exactly the mood “sags.”

❓ How accurate is the analysis?

The accuracy for the Russian language is 85-90%. The algorithm perfectly understands direct emotions, but (like any robot) it can make mistakes with complex sarcasm or hidden irony.

❓ Is the text saved somewhere?

No. The analysis happens on the fly in your browser. We do not store or read your texts - it is completely confidential.
