Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
🔹 For what climate are these dates indicated?
The calendar shows average agrotechnical dates for the Middle Zone. If you live in the southern regions, shift your planting schedule 2-3 weeks earlier. For the northern regions and the Urals - plan to land 1-2 weeks later than the indicated months.
🔹 Does the graph take into account the phases of the moon?
No, this tool shows basic seasonal windows (when the soil warms up or there is enough daylight). To select a specific successful day of the week, we recommend additionally checking lunar sowing calendar for the current year.
🔹 What is the difference between “Seedling” and “Into the Ground”?
The “For seedlings” stage means sowing seeds in home containers or heated greenhouses. The “Into the ground” stage is the month when grown seedlings (or seeds of cold-resistant crops) are safely transferred to open ground on the site.
