Young beets are cooked for 40–50 minutes, old and large ones - up to 2 hours. To speed up the process, cook it for 40 minutes, then drain the boiling water and pour in ice water for 10 minutes.
❓ How many cloves are in one head of garlic?
On average, one clove weighs 4–5 grams. If the calculator says "15 grams of garlic", take 3 medium cloves.
❓ Can I use prunes?
Yes! Prunes go well with beets and nuts. If adding it, reduce the amount of garlic (select "Light" heat) so that the flavors do not overpower each other.
