Tips for organizing a party
💰 How to divide expenses?
If you're going with a group of friends, buying groceries can put a dent in one person's pocket. To avoid disputes, use our bill split calculator. It will help you honestly distribute the total amount among all participants.
🥂 Alcohol calculation
The calculator offers an average scheme: 1 bottle of champagne for 3 people (for toast) + main drinks. We recommend taking a reserve of 10-15%, as stores may be closed.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
🔹 Do children count towards alcohol?
Of course not. When you enter the number of children, the calculator increases the rate of juices, water and sweets, but excludes them from the calculation of alcohol.
🔹 Why is there so much food (1 kg per person)?
New Year's Eve lasts a long time. The standard restaurant norm for a banquet is 1000–1200 grams of food per person. It’s better to have a little left over on January 1 than for guests to be hungry at 2 a.m.
🔹 What to do if a group drinks differently?
Select the Moderate mode - this is the golden mean. If you have light-drinking guests, the result for strong alcohol can be safely divided by two.
